People who engaged in sexual activities four or more times in a week, earned more money than those who didn’t enjoy an active sex life, a new study has found.

The author of the research, Nick Drydakis, an economics lecturer at Angila Ruskin University in Cambridge, England, told CBS News that people need to love and be loved (sexually and non-sexually) by others, and in the absence of these elements, many people become susceptible to loneliness, social anxiety, and depression that could affect their working life.

The Institute for the Study of Labor, an economic research institution, in Germany, published the study in July.

A sex and relationship expert has revealed that it is important for men to change their sex moves in the bed, as the old ones will not give women as much pleasure as they did before.

Joe Kort told the Huffington Post that the change could be especially difficult for older men to accept.

Kort said that men have been raised to think that the only way to be sexual is through intercourse, so when they can’t, their masculinity gets totally devastated.

A new study has revealed that sharing too many selfies on social networking sites like Facebook, could potentially be harmful to your closest relationships.

The UK research found that people who post photos too frequently on social networks, run the risk of alienating friends, family members and colleagues, leading to less supportive bonds, the New York Daily News reported.

Lead researcher Dr David Houghton said in a statement that selfies, or self-portraits, seem to be some of the most irksome images.

Houghton asserted that people, other than very close friends and relatives, don’t seem to relate well to those who constantly share photos of themselves.

The study found that people felt less supported by relationship partners, who shared more photos of friends and events than of the family.

The study also suggested that posting more photos of yourself posing with friends instead of your significant other could damage that relationship. 

Men think about sex 34 times each day and women 18 times

A new study has revealed that the thought of sex occurs to men at least 34 times in a day, as compared to their female counterparts, who think about it around 18 times a day.

The new research shows that men think about sex twice as much as women, the Daily Star reported.

The new figures are being associated with the success of E.L. James’s erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey.

For the research, students at the Ohio State University were asked to record every time they thought about sex, food and sleep each day.

It found that men do indeed think most about sex, but women have sex on their mind far more than what was previously believed.

The poll concluded that ladies think about sex on average 18.6 times a day, which works out at once every 51 minutes when allowing for eight hours’ sleep.

The study also revealed that men thought about sex 34.2 times a day, coming down to once every 28 minutes.

During the survey, psychologists recorded the behaviour of 283 college students, aged 18-25, over the course of a week using hand-held counters.

A new research has revealed that although the current generation has become increasingly more open-minded about sex than they were two decades ago, they are less tolerant of infidelity.

The study conducted by Laura Watt, a sociology researcher at the University of Manchester, found that British people are now more accepting of sex before marriage, same-sex relationships and one-night stands than they were in the 1980s, the Independent reported.

Respondents considering it wrong for people to have more than one partner if they were living with someone rose by 4 per cent, while the number opposing the idea of multiple partners increased by 7 per cent.
