When you're surrounded by hot models day in and day out, you cannot help wondering just how they manage to stay in such great shape all.the.time!
And so on Day Four of Lakme Fashion Week, our curiosity got the better of us and we asked Mitali Rannorey for her fitness secrets.

Turns out, all the stunner does is go for a run every day and do 'a couple of Suryanamaskars' to stretch herself out.
"I don't work out," she says, "I don't go to the gym!"
And for her skin, says the young model, “All I do is ensure I cleanse and tone. I use a cleanser and toner and a night cream just before I go to bed. I don't bother doing anything else... no facial... nothing!”
Now, models can be sneaky and rather secretive about their workout routines. But what we do know is that Surya Namaskars are indeed for everyone!
