Dusky 5'9" model Nicole Faria is absolutely, mind-bogglingly beautiful. With trademark, exotic looks and a confident gait, it's no wonder Nicole is turning heads on Day One of Lakme Fashion Week.

Dutch-Indian model Tamara Moss is walking for the first time at Lakme Fasion Week in Mumbai. In the past she's worked Delhi Fashion Week. It's not surprising Tamara starred in this year's Kingfisher Calendar (April), because the girl looks poster-ready anytime, anywhere!

Rediff.com caught up with the duo for a few minutes, right before they disappeared inside for their next show's rehearsal.

What is your personal fashion statement or style?

Nicole: Just whatever's comfortable and fun.

Tamara: Depends if I want to get attention or not!

What can we expect this year at Lakme Fashion Week?

Nicole: Everything is really unique. I keep seeing outfits that make me say, "Wow! I'd definitely wear that."

Tamara: I think the use of textures is going to be really big. I also see a lot of floral motifs.

How do you keep in shape?

Nicole: I belly dance!

Tamara: Yoga and the Cindy Crawford exercise programme.
