It's the latest thing in Hollywood -- here's a look at some of the stars' favourite vitamin treatments that help you defy age and look vibrant.
It's not just photoshop and good lighting that make celebrities look good -- vitamin injections, facial contouring and raw juice diets keep them looking in top condition, it has been revealed.
The new approach to beauty from glamour capital Los Angeles is less is more, with the Hollywood elite approaching the way they look from the inside out.
Jennifer Aniston uses facial contouring, Madonna uses B12 injections and Brad Pitt and Rihanna are said to hook themselves up to a drip containing a cocktail of vitamins, the Daily Telegraph reported.

Skin therapist Ingrid Seaburn, who practised in LA for 13 years and provided facials and skin therapies for the Desperate Housewives cast including Teri Hatcher and actor Rachel Griffiths, said that the remedies aren't new but the methods are.
"A lot of the trends in Los Angeles are not necessarily new, but it is about how they are applied that is different," she told Insider.
"People always ask why celebrities always look so fabulous. They take good care of themselves. They aren't drinking until 3am."
"They are still getting their filler and Botox but they are getting a hell of a lot less. It's more about tweaking," she said.

Seaburn said that the treatments are designed to help the clarity and tone of the skin.
Now back in Sydney, she provides similar skin treatments to those used by Aniston, 43, Courtney Cox, 48, and Chelsea Handler, 37, all of whom look fabulous for their age.
Seaburn, who has been treated by Aniston's facialist Mila Moursi, said that the star uses "facial contouring" to help give a youthful glow.
"It's similar to working out in a gym," she said. "I use micro current to get this effect. You can't put a weight on your face, but the current can stimulate and tone muscles."

Seaburn said that the injection of choice is Vitamin B12, which can either be given at medi-spas or privately at home with syringe packs.
Simon Cowell, Madonna and Katy Perry are all said to be big fans.
Known as the "energy vitamin", it's vital to an energetic, long life, but is easily flushed out of the body.
Celebrities are also hooking up to IV drips to look good from the inside out.
The hot place to go is the IV Nutrient Therapy Centre in Beverly Hills, where people can literally waltz in and hook up.
