Heidi Klum to strip for Project Runway campaign
TV host Heidi Klum is set to appear naked in the advertisements for the forthcoming season of Project Runway.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 38-year-old will strip as part of the Lifetime Network's push to promote the ninth season of the fashion competition, reports Gossipcenter.
Lifetime's president, Nancy Dubuc, said that this is an effort to move away from the network's current 'women in peril' programming to focus on more "brazen, strong, confident and sexy" which are examples of 'contemporary women'.
"It's Heidi F---in' Klum," Dubuc added in a dash to grab public attention.

In a bid to fight anorexia, Vogue Italia has featured three plus-size models for the cover of their July issue.
Rather than hide their figures in floaty dresses, or cut them off at the waist, the three models, Tara Lynn, Candice Huffine and Robyn Lawley, appear on the cover in their underwear.
The move came after editor Franca Sozzani started an online petition against pro-anorexia websites.
"Fashion has been always blamed as one of the culprits of anorexia, and our commitment is proof that fashion is ready to get on the frontline and struggle against the disorder," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.
Sozzani, who has also promised to feature more plus-sized models in the future said:' "Why should these women slim down?"
"Many of the women who have a few extra kilos are especially beautiful and also more feminine," she added.

Cadbury has finally apologised to Naomi Campbell for their latest advertisement of Dairy Milk Bliss, in which they compared her to the chocolate, saying 'Move over Naomi, there's a new diva in town'.
The advertisement immediately sparked racist outrage and angered the supermodel and her family.
"Cadbury understands that our latest advertising campaign for Cadbury Dairy Milk Bliss caused upset to Naomi Campbell and her family," the Daily Mail quoted a spokesman for the firm as saying.
Campbell has welcomed the apology saying, "the advertisement was in poor taste on a number of levels, not least in the way they likened me to their chocolate bar."
"It is also a shame that it took so long for Cadbury to offer this apology," she added.
Accused of indulging in racism in the advertising the company clarified, "Cadbury takes its responsibility to consumers very seriously indeed and we would never deliberately produce any marketing material we felt might cause offence to any section of society."
"It was not our intention that this campaign should offend Naomi, her family or anybody else and we are sincerely sorry that it has done so," they explained.

Cameron Diaz has revealed that she had stopped eating unhealthy foods, as it does not make her feel fine although she looks fine.
"I've always worked out, but I woke up one day and realised that, while I looked fine, eating the way I was didn't make me feel fine. So, you know, I just stopped eating it," Contactmusic quoted the actress as saying.
The 38-year-old also recently admitted that she has adjusted to her new eating habits well and is pleased with her new lifestyle.
"I love it. I have never, ever watched what I eat in my life but I do now. I'm off the fried foods," Diaz said.
"I'm very thoughtful about what I eat. If you're gonna do heavy lifting and you want to stay small you have to watch what you eat. You have to give your body the right nutrients and really think about what's best for it," she added.

Socialite Kim Kardashian has revealed that she is very proud of her world famous backside, which she insists is natural.
In a recent interview with Australia's Cosmopolitan Magazine, which she had posed for, Kardashian, 30, emphasised that she has not had any sort of surgery to enhance her butt size.
"I'm half Armenian, so the butt really comes from my dad's side of the family. It's a little bit bigger so you do have to work out more," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.
"I do squats and lunges. I try to do whatever I can to work out. It's all real."
"I'm proud of my booty and it's all mine. I have not had cosmetic surgery," she added.
The 30-year-old starlet has also revealed that she has found her signature look, and now knows what looks good on her and doesn't really change her fashion choices.
Kardashian said that she is "obsessed" by beauty and loves using lots of makeup to transform herself.
"When I moved to New York from Los Angeles, people thought my look would change, but I know what works for me and I'm sticking with it," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
"I've been trying out the no makeup look, though. I get it -- it's very 'fashion'," she added.

Media mogul Hugh Hefner has revealed that Prince William's wife Kate is a 'beautiful lady' who would make a great Playboy bunny.
Hefner, 85, thinks the Duchess of Cambridge has the right mix of 'beauty and glamour' to be a hostess in one of his clubs.
"As a bunny you mean? Absolutely. She's a beautiful little lady and very glamorous," Contactmusic quoted him as telling the Daily Telegraph when asked if he would have liked to recruit Catherine.
The Playboy founder also said he enjoyed taking time out to watch William and Catherine's nuptials in April, and thinks it gave everyone romantic inspiration.

Gisele Bundchen is all set to become world's first billionaire supermodel and the first self-made billionaire from her native Brazil.
According to Forbes, the 30-year-old catwalker can join the mega-rich as she has been featured on Forbes' Celebrity 100 list for 10 years, and has been busy branding herself with a series of new projects: her lingerie brand Gisele Bundchen Brazilian Intimates, her skin-care line Sejaa Pure Skincare and her line of sandals with Grendene.
"According to a recent report in Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo, Bundchen could add as much as R$30 million ($19 million) per year to her estimated $45 million annual income," Us Magazine quoted Forbes as saying.
The 5'11" beauty's successful earning strategy can be attributed to her owning stakes in these companies and not to solely licensing her name to the brands.

German model Claudia Schiffer has revealed that she does not like to be too over-dressed or too sexy on the school run.
Schiffer, 40, who is married to British director Matthew Vaughn, is very careful with how she dresses when going to the school where Stella McCartney's, Elle Macpherson's and her kids attend.
And unlike fellow supermodel Macpherson, who loves nothing more than putting on the glitz for the snappers, Schiffer's style, although flawless, is never showy.
"You can't be too over-dressed or too sexy on the school run. It's about being practical and comfortable," the Telegraph quoted Schiffer as saying.

Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr has credited her toned shape to regular yoga sessions, which she continued throughout her pregnancy.
The Australian supermodel welcomed her first child early this year with husband Orlando Bloom, and she stunned fans by showing off her trim figure just weeks later during Paris Fashion Week in France.
"I practised yoga for over 10 years and I just continued that practice throughout my whole pregnancy and then after as well. It does (keep you in shape after the birth) especially when you're breast feeding," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Access Hollywood.

The X-Men star looked exquisite in black tights and a pink top as she carried her own yoga mat into the class, reports the Daily Mail.
Pre-natal yoga is one of the most popular forms of exercise for pregnant A-listers, as it specialises in keeping limbs toned besides improving balance and circulation. It also helps pregnant women learn to breathe deeply and relax, which is potentially beneficial during labour and birth.
And January is undoubtedly enjoying the relaxation aspect of it, after her hectic schedule had been previously split between filming X-Men: First Class and Mad Men.

Celebrity kids are known to have their own fancies, and so does Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' five-year-old daughter Suri.
The kid reportedly has a designer shoe collection worth over 100,000 pounds and her favourite designers have made most of her high-heeled footwear.
"Suri has so many designer shoes. She's a massive fan of Marc Jacobs and she's had several shoes custom-made, so if they didn't come with a heel, Katie had them redesigned for Suri. She commissioned a pair of Louboutins for her a while back!" Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.
Sources have also said that Suri insists on only wearing high heels and her famous father is happy to indulge her tastes.
"Even when she's going to play dates or walking on the beach, she cries if Katie reaches for anything but a little pair of sandals with some sort of heel. She literally cries, 'No, Mama, no!' And then points to whatever pair she feels like wearing -- no matter how inappropriate!" an insider told Britain's Star Magazine.
Chinese women dare to bare in bikinis, shunning one-piece swimsuits

This summer, bikinis have replaced the conservative one-piece swimsuit for beach wear, highlighting the rising number of young Chinese women opting to show more flesh.
"Chinese women are becoming more and more fashionable," English.news.cn quoted Amy Fu of the Hennes and Mauritz (H&M) communications department as saying.
"They are open to all kinds of swimwear with good design. Fashion is global, so the bikini is as popular in China as it is in other countries," she added.
Experts explain that one of the factors behind the popularity of the bikini was the growing trend for entertainment and leisure water activities rather than sports.
"Though the one-piece swimsuit still takes up the dominant share of our sales, it has been, and continues to be, an inevitable trend that the bikini will take over as the major force in the market," said Peng Danrong, general manager of the Hosa Group, a leading swimwear designer and manufacturer in China.
Set to take off for her trip to Sanya in South China, 22-year-old Liu Fang excitedly said, "A bikini for a beach vacation is like an evening gown for a banquet."
"They may use little fabric but they deserve the same respect as any other clothes," she added.
