Images: Fashion gets beautifully feminine at LFW

Rehane's ultra-feminine women's wear collection was a fashionable offering at Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2013.

Aimed at the Alfa feminine woman, it was a fun line that the designer unleashed on the runway.

Inspired by the wonderful stylish days of the 1920s, the look was cute, flirty and frothy as the models glided down the catwalk.

Striped inner minis played an important role in creating a tantalising effect under the net shifts.

Tiny fabric baubles on shoulders, necklines and hem added a flirty touch.

Staying true to her favourite colours – milky and very dreamy – Rehane brought in more opulent creations as the show progressed.

There was intense detailing with 3D appliques as well as ruffles for the layered asymmetric creations.

Perky tie-up embroidered belts added to the cinched waists of some of tulle outfits.

The beautifully feminine collection showed the diverse avenues of Rehane's creativity.
