HOT: Parineeti Chopra catwalks for Masaba

Masaba Gupta's summer-resort line at the Lakme Fashion Week was a predecessor to her forthcoming fall-winter bridal collection. This one, Postcards from Benaras, sought inspiration from the city's widows and 'their extraordinary lives (that change) with changing times'.

Needless to say, white dominated the colour palette as models walked the ramp in dresses, skirts, sharara and palazzo pants and body suits.

Parineeti Chopra opened the show for the talented young designer.

Next up we have Mariia Cherniakovych in a cute muslin fan print frock dress.

The fan print motif is carried forward in this outfit comprising a cape shirt and netted sharara pants worn by Dayana Erappa.

Arshia Ahuja dazzles in a muslin bustier, lycra skirt and muslin jacket.

Malvika Raaj puts her best foot forward in a lycra body suit teamed with a pink crepe skirt.

There are shirt dresses and there are shirt dresses. This one, as you may well imagine, is the latter. Had. Us. Drooling!
