Hyosung recently updated the GT650R for year 2013. The sports bike now gets minor updates to the front although there are no mechanical changes to the vehicle.

The price of the Hyosung GT650R has been altered as well, which now costs a more lucrative Rs 4.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The 2013 Hyosung GT650R gets a sharper front end with revised headlight design, which looks more striking. The side panels too get minor changes and new colours have been added as well.

The Hyosung GT650R continues to be powered by the 647cc, V-twin engine which produces 72.68 BHP of power at 9000 RPM and 60.9 Nm of torque at 7500 RPM. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Performance is good and slight improvements have been done to the way the GT650R responds in city condition. However twist the throttle and the GT650R will rush to 100 km/hr in just 5.5 seconds.

Top speed is 210 km/hr, which is quite fast for our roads.

The Hyosung GT650R is offered in three colours, red, white and black, all of which are in titanium shades. The sports bike is available across 21 DSK Motowheels outlets in the country.
