When we showed Abhay Chopra the review of his film Ittefaq, which released the same day as the iPhone X made its debut in India and globally, the debutant director said, "I will read Rediff's review on my iPhone X the first thing after going home."
Chopra is the grandnephew of Yash Chopra who directed the original Ittefaq starring Rajesh Khanna and Nanda.
Abhay bought the first iPhone X at iAzure, a store in Bandra, suburban Mumbai. iAzure is owned by Zanai Bhosle, singer Asha Bhosle's grand daughter.
The legend herself was in Dubai with Zanai's dad Anand Bhosle for a concert for the Asha Bhosle Humanitarian Trust that works for the betterment of the girl child.
Jackie Shroff handed over the iPhone X to Abhay.
We asked Jaggu dada the same question we asked Abhay: What do you like most about the iPhone X?
Watch his reply in his inimitable style!
Then there was Meghana Ghai who heads Whistling Woods International and is movie mogul Subhash Ghai's elder daughter. Meghana is a big iPhone fan.
Incidentally, Meghana's dad gave Jaggu dada his big break in 1983 with Hero.
Adnan Hussain, the versatile singer from Sa Re Ga Ma Lil Champs, intelligently improvised his favourite song to suit the launch of the iPhone X.
Watch the Lil Champ sing in the video below.
