What: Nipuna, Satyam's BPO arm, is recruiting team members for Customer Support.

These positions are based in Hyderabad.

For Trainee Team Members (Customer Support-Voice for Tech/ Non Tech Processes)

~ You could be a graduate/ post-graduate/ diploma holder in engineering.

~ You could be a final year student awaiting your result.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must have a good command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Team Members/ Senior Team Members (Customer Support-Voice for Tech/ non-Tech Processes)

~ You could be a graduate/ post-graduate/ diploma holder in any discipline.

~ You must have three months to three years of work experience in a voice-based process.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must have a good command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
