Being cautious of such causes and taking steps to curb them can help you maintain firm breasts.

Here are some tips that will help:

1. Try to avoid random weight fluctuations 

A stable weight aids the shape and size of your breasts.

Tissues tend to elongate due to sudden weight loss or weight gain.

If you are an alcoholic or a fan of junk food, you are at a greater risk of suffering from drooping breasts.

Hence, healthy eating habits can provide you with desired firmness.
