Take notes kids!
You've probably been following all those stories and controversies around yoga... and of course the mass yoga event on International Yoga Day.
And surely you have a say about whether the government should have dropped Surya Namaskar from the yoga drill in schools on June 21.
Whatever side of the debate you may be on, surely you'll agree that there's nothing quite more addictive than seeing celebrities doing yoga (we have the numbers to prove that).
Yoga has been one of the most preferred workouts of several supermodels and celebs.
If you are someone who practices yoga, you'll know that it isn't just a great way to increase your flexibility but it can also be a great cardiovascular workout.
(We dare you to do 12 reps of Surya Namaskars. We double dare you!)
But there's a huge difference between mere mortals doing yoga and celebs doing it.
So gather around kids, here's how to do yoga... according to models and celebrities!
1. Find a stunning backdrop:

2. If you can't find one, even your own backyard would do
Because, you live in a posh house and you can do that sort of stuff!

3. If you have a pool, get a shot of the water and you in some meditative pose.
You know to juxtapose your inner peace with the calmness of the water... or some such thing.

4. Hit the beach!
So then you have a perfectly valid reason to practice yoga in a bikini.

5. But if you're doing a super-difficult pose, it doesn't matter where you're doing it.
Everyone will basically go: "Whoa! That is awesome!"

6. Opt for an animal print.
Try that at your own risk if you are not Lady Gaga.

7. Or use yoga as an excuse to show off your new set of wheels.

8. Perfect the bridge pose.
Very popular for some reason!

9. Or the headstand

10. Take a picture of yourself doing it middle of a busy work day
So you can tell your followers that if you can do it, so can they!

11. Show off...
By doing that impossible asana. On a surfboard. In the water.

12. And show the world just how awesome your body is. And how awesome your life is!
