- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
- Oil for frying

Method
How to make tamarind chutney
- Boil equal quantities of tamarind and jaggery in a cup of water for five minutes.
- Grind in a mixer once it cools. The chutney is ready.
How to make Dahi Wada
- Soak urad dal and moong dal in water in separate bowls overnight. Drain water and grind them separately the next morning.
- Mix them together and add cumin powder, pepper powder and salt. Let the mixture rest for three to four hours.
- Roll into small balls and deep fry them.
- Once they turn golden brown, soak them immediately in a bowl of water.
