'The most productive thing to do right now is to manage our mind and hold our vision,' the young model told her 4.3 million followers on Instagram.
From celebrities to homemakers, everyone is sharing tips on how to deal with the lockdown.
Instagram sensation Sakshi Malik has also been encouraging her followers to keep busy at home without stepping out.
These are just some of her hacks you can follow as well!
1. Read
Put on those reading glasses and immerse yourself in a book. Or simply turn on the radio and play some music.
2. Eat healthy
Pretend like you're on a date with yourself. Open that bottle of wine and serve yourself some salad. Food and wine is great company!
3. Stretch
Move your body. Stay active. Do yoga. That's what makes Sakshi smile.
'Yoga stretches makes sure my day goes really well,' she shared.
4. Pamper yourself
Look out for fun ways to treat your body. Start with your hair.
'Blow drying your hair should really be considered cardio, especially during the quarantine,' Sakshi wrote in one of her posts.
5. Cook something you love
Like most celebrities, Sakshi too has fallen in love with cooking. Here she is making herself some biryani.
6. Try a new activity/skill
Here she is trying to practice kickboxing. 'The idea is to try something different,' she wrote in her post.
'Would request you all to try something new every single day. And most important of all, be HAPPY,' Sakshi added.
7. Applaud. Take a selfie
How do you reward yourself after a productive day? Take a selfie and feel proud!
8. Soak in the sun
Even if you don't have a fancy pool like this model, you must get some sun. It is good for your bones.
9. Enjoy the view and your coffee
'No book, no movie or no motivational speaker ever guided us on how to manage ourselves during this time. We all are trying to have fun at home. But as days are passing and things are getting serious, the most productive thing to do right now is to manage our mind and hold our vision. The same vision we had when there was no impact of corona in our lives. Corona’s impact might stay a lil longer but one thing we just need to make sure is when it’s all over: We’ll come back stronger!' Sakshi said in a long message about how she is dealing with the situation. 'Until then, I’m gonna enjoy my favourite coffee.'
