LinkedIn brings you a list of skills that are highly sought after by recruiters.
Leading career networking site LinkedIn has come up with its list of highly sought-after job skills for 2016.
To arrive at the global list, LinkedIn monitored hiring and recruiting activity on the site between January 1 and September 1 in 2016. It analysed several billion data points to seek the skills that are most sought after by employers in the US and 17 other countries.
Some of these skills were listed top among its members on their profiles and were found to be in greater demand among recruiters.
The company then grouped these skills into several categories -- for example, Android and iOS would fit into 'mobile development'.
The final list includes more hard skills and core competencies over soft skills.
