Have you been fighting a lot with your partner recently?

Do you see yourself getting angry, restless and/or helpless after you've had an argument or disagreement?

Do you feel lonely, guilty or anxious because you don't have someone to talk to or share your concerns with?

Well, you're not alone. And you don't need to be.

Many people will agree that the pandemic has affected their relationships in a major way.

While some of you may be fortunate to be in a happy place right now, others may be feeling stuck and disconnected from their loved ones.

Instead of running away from your problems and ignoring the warning signs, let's talk about it.

According to Anu Krishna, a mental health expert and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) trainer, "communication is the key to survive, nourish and maintain any relationship."

In the second part of our self-help series, mental health guru and life coach Anu Krishna tells you how to identify, address and resolve conflicts in a relationship.

Why do couples fight? Also, what are the common issues for disagreement among partners? Anu has some answers!

How can one address the problems that crop up? Who should take the first step?

Have the pandemic restrictions forced you into a long distance relationship? How can you resolve these differences?

Wondering if you should separate from your partner?

Maybe all's not lost yet. Maybe your relationship just needs a second chance.

What if there's a silver lining... a light at the end of the tunnel?

Finally, what's the secret to a healthy, fulfilling relationship? What can you actually do to make things work?
