Remember how Pamela Anderson's [Images] ex hubbies Kid Rock [Images] and Tommy Lee [Images] decided to punch each other out at the Video Music Awards last year? Well, this year 'Kid' (who's 37) decided he wasn't taking any chances. Looks like he stepped out of the gym and straight onto the red carpet, scruffy trackpants and all.
