Singal and Pua

Ingredients
1 cup sooji (rava)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 tsp saunf
1 ripe banana (mashed)
A pinch of green cardamom or elaichi powder
Oil for deep frying
Method
For Pua
Mix all these ingredients together. Keep aside for 1 hr.
Heat oil. Prepare small balls using this mixture and deep fry till golden brown. Drain from the oil and put these into a bowl. Use paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
For Singal
Take the same mixture into a plastic bag with a small hole and squeeze it making round shapes like Jalebis in hot oil. Fry till brown. Drain from the oil.
