Side leg raises

The ladies' evergreen favorite outer thigh exercise.

Lie on the floor on your side. Place the top arm on the floor in front of you. Keep your top foot flexed. Slowly raise the top leg till it is slightly higher than the hip squeezing your outer thigh. Gently lower and just before the leg rests, lift it up again.

Do 16 reps, rest and repeat.
