She may be 38, but Padma Lakshmi, ex-wife of celebrated author Salman Rushdie, shows no signs of aging or of slowing down, for that matter. Besides modelling for big names like Ralph Lauren, Alberta Ferretti and Valentino, she has completed stints as an actress, television presenter and very successful cookbook author.
