Model watch: Shruti Agarwal

Name: Shruti Agarwal

On the ramp: I've been in modelling for about three years now, and done countless fashion weeks.

I guess I've been lucky with my career. I did a music video with Ganesh Hegde (Main Deewana), shot twice for the Kingfisher calendar (2006, 2008) and will be in the Force One Calendar as well, due in April.

Hobbies: I'm a big movie fan, my favourite being Scent of a Woman. I also love Notting Hill. When it comes to music, I listen to a lot of R&B, rock. I do a lot of reading as well. Used to read Ayn Rand and Richard Bach earlier, but now I've switched to autobiographies. It's fascinating to read what people have been through in their lives.

Skin woes: Acne is a major problem, specially in Mumbai's climate. Not only does the moisture ruin your skin, the pollution leaves you with a thick layer of dirt on your face. An easy solution, I've found is wet wipes. It may not always be possible to wash your face, so keep wiping it clean. Sunscreen is another essential.

Fave designer: Among the Indian designers its Rohit Bal, Rocky S and Manish Malhotra. When it comes to international labels I love Valentino, very chic and elegant and Galliano.
