To do this lie on your stomach. Chin on floor. Palms flat on ground on either side of shoulder. Legs must be spread out, top of feet flat on ground. Inhale. Lift head off the floor.
Exhale, twist to right to look over right shoulder and try to see the back of your left heel. Inhale, return to the center.
Exhale, twist to left, looking over left shoulder at right heel. Inhale return to center. This is one round.
You can relax in the starting position between rounds. Or do more rounds in this fashion. Do up to five rounds initially, building up stamina and flexibility to do up to 30 after a few weeks of practice.
Avoid: If having lower back or acute neck problem.
Benefits: Same as above. It is said to relieve constipation instantly, if you have a few glasses of water in the morning, before attempting it.
