Plie Squat

Stand with legs wide apart and feet turned outward. Bend both legs at the knees.

Bending both knees further, move your torso downward, making sure that your knees and toes are poining in the same direction. Push your butt outwards as you go down.

Do 2 sets of 10 reps each.
