Delhi Univ's LLB, LLM entrance tests

What: The University of Delhi's Faculty of Law announces the dates for the entrance tests for admission to its LLB and LLM courses for the year 2008-09.

Sunday, June 15, 2008 


Eligibility
Graduate/ post-graduate degree with 50 per cent marks for General candidates; Relaxation of upto 5 per cent marks for Physically Handicapped (PH); 45 per cent marks for widows/ wards of ex-servicemen/serving personnel (CW) category; and degree with pass marks for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility
LLB Degree (3 year/ 5 year course) with 50 per cent marks for General candidates; Relaxation of upto 5 per cent marks for PH; and 45 per cent marks for SC/ST/CW candidates

 

Note

1. Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying degree examination are eligible to appear in the Entrance Test but admission will depend on minimum eligibility prescribed above.

 

2. The reservation of seats is made as per the University rules.

 

3. Bulletin of Information with application form may be obtained from the office of the Admission Committee, Faculty of Law from 10 am to 1 pm from 21.04.2008 on cash payment of Rs 200/- or by post by sending latest by 19.05.2008 to the Admission Committee a bank draft of Rs 250/- favouring "Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007" payable at Delhi/New Delhi. The application form can also be downloaded from www.du.ac.in/ after April 22, 2008 and should be deposited alongwith an additional bank draft of Rs 200/-.

 

4. The duly filled application can be submitted from 10 am to 1 pm on all working days and upto 5 pm on June 2, 2008 or may be sent by registered post to Convenor, Admission Committee, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi --

110007 so as to reach on or before June 2, 2008. Incomplete applications or applications received after last date shall not be considered.
