What: George Brown Chef School, George Brown College, Toronto and The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai have come together to offer a training programme.
The programme offers students the opportunity to spend two semesters training in culinary skills and related subjects in Mumbai and two semesters in Toronto learning techniques of cooking and other related topics, and includes a paid internship of 8 months.
