- Textile Designers: Minimum two to three years
- Production Coordinators/ Manager: Well versed with Internet communication
- Accounts Assistant: Minimum three years
- Marketing Head: Minimum three years
- Stores and Purchase-in-Charge: Well versed in maintaining stock and procurement of yarns, inventory, etc
- Sales Representatives: Minimum five years
