Samsung D500


Marketed as a business phone, this slider phone comes with a flash enabled 1.3 megapixel camera with continuous video recording feature.

Talking about business capabilities, the D500 has a feature called syncML, which provides seamless connectivity and synchronisation of the handset with an array of devices -- like a laptop or a printer -- through bluetooth, infrared and USB.

The phone has an inbuilt memory of about 100 MB, which can be used to save different files, or about 25 songs that can be played using the in-built MP3 player.

It supports regional Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati and Kannada.

Cost: Rs 11,500

Pros: Large inbuilt memory and good connectivity.

Cons: Does not support memory card.
