Ours is a family of Mom, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. My father was not a responsible one and used to be absent from home for as long 5 years and it was his regular practice. He used to come back all of a sudden when nobody would expect him.

I was in my teen age when one evening two of my sisters were discussing. I was busy studying in the same room. My dad was not coming home those days. My concentration was broken when I heard my one sister telling the other that she dreamt of dad last night. My other sister was shockingly surprised to hear that and said, "What? I too had a dream of dad last night".

I watched over them, looked at their faces and could notice they were frustrated. I was a little confused over what I should do. Whether I should tell them and give them another shock. In a moment I thought I should tell them and it was not a time to be frustrated.

They were even more surprised and I am sure all of you reading it, would be surprised too. I told my sisters that I too had dreamt of dad and it was last night. We discussed for a while and finally I said, "We should be brave and face whatever comes ahead".

Years have passed, my sisters are married now. But this remains an unsolved mystery.
