What: British Council invites applications for the De Souza Trust Goa scholarship, for the forthcoming academic year.
Details
~ This scholarship provides financial assistance for Goans to study in the UK.
~ It covers part or full tuition fees. All other costs are to be borne by the student.
~ The British Council arranges for a gratis UK visa for the duration of the course.
~ Students have availed of the scholarship in subjects as diverse as:
- Media Management
- Architecture Computing & Design
- TV Documentary Making
- Music Therapy
- Architectural Conservation
- Human Rights
- Communication Systems & Signal Processing
- Innovation Technology & the law
Are you eligible?
~ You must be:
- an Indian citizen
- born of Goan parents or have been resident in Goa for the past ten years
- not more than 35 years old.
~ You must have a track record for excellence in academic or extra curricular achievement.
~ Your admission to any technical, vocational or academic course of study in the UK for up to one year, must be confirmed.
