Ensure that the clothes you pack in are light-weight so that they can be washed and dried easily. Ensure that they are wrinkle-free. For instance, lycra does not require much care. This will save on your laundry and ironing costs.
"Carrying the right kind of clothes significantly reduces the laundry cost," says Vinita Mansukhani, senior manager with a retail firm. "You won't have to bother about ironing them," she adds.
Remember to carry detergent sachets and wash your clothes on your own in the night. By morning they will be dry and ready to wear again.
