- This contest is only open to residents of India.
- By participating in the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of rediff.com
- Winners will be selected by a panel of rediff.com editors who will judge the resolutions received by the notified last date: January 3, 2008,

In the event a winner chooses not to accept the prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize.
