'I love to use credit card in place of debit card'

Here's are a few advantages of using credit cards according to Jagdeep Malik:

I am using two credit cards one is of CITI bank and another of HSBC from last 2 years. They both are life time free card (No fees charged by bank). If you will ask about experience than I will say it's great, I love to use credit card in place of debit card.

I am not having any kind of complaint from any of the bank. I faced only one problem so far which was in last year from HSBC Bank, once they send me a bill when I completed 1year of my HSBC credit card. In that bill they mentioned annual fees of Rs. 2000. When I saw my bill, immediately I called the customer care and told them that it is life time free card. Than the customer care executive apologised to me and promised to revert back that amount in the next bill. In next bill the annual charges were deducted.

I will describe that how I used my both credit cards. There is difference for 15 days of billing of both of the credit cards. So I use both of the cards very smartly and try to take benefits of 45 days of credit. In fact I use my credit cards for small purchases also because on every purchase credit card Company gave me reward bonus points. In this year I got one cordless free from CITI bank and one big travel bag from HSBC Bank in credit of my bonus points.

Apart from these bonus points there is one more important benefit. This benefit is interest of savings account. I believe you were shocked. Seriously I am not kidding there is a great gain for savings account.

I will explain you in brief. In normal routine I made purchase of household good, apparels etc for Rs. 20000 per month approx. So If I use my debit card or cash for such purchases than straight away it will get deducted from my saving account and if I will pay this amount from my credit card then I am able to take the benefits of 40 to 50 days credit.

The main reason of above example is that if Rs. 20000 remains in my saving account for 30 days than bank will give me Rs 66 as interest for Rs 20000. Apart from these I gain 200 points in my credit card account.

So I believe in using credit cards but very smartly. If you don't be prepared to pay plenty to credit card companies.
