'I have a friend from the other world'

August 17, 2007
Reader Amit Shidhore, from Sawantwadi, shares his planchet experience:

From my school days, I had heard of the technique to call persons/ spirits from other world or in engineering terms fifth or sixth dimension and to make them answer our queries. I never tried it in school days though.

It was around 7 to 8 years back that I got a hands-on experience on this technique. I and many of us called it PLANCHET. The process was simple. Arrange a big plane paper, place it on any plane surface. Mark all the alphabets A to Z and digits 0 to 9. Additional things can be marked at suitable places like OK, thanks, bye, yes, no. Any coin may be used, we were using a one rupee coin.

One of my friends told me the technique. Put the coin on paper. Put your finger on the coin without exerting any pressure and concentrate hard to call the other world. He believes this opens a secret door through which spirits from the other world can come to us and answer our queries.

I used to concentrate on "Is there any holy spirit in the vicinity. Please come in the coin". I tried hard for two-three days, but nothing happened. I was trying hard to make it work.

One day it worked. I was with my cousin sister. I was concentrating hard and in some time I started feeling strong vibrations in my finger. As told, I asked: "Are you there?"

To my surprise, the coin started moving slowly and moved to 'yes' position. I was horrified and so was my sister. In fact she was horrified because I started shivering. I don't know why it happened. In fact, it was very hard for me to even ask a question. I simply asked, "Do you want to leave?" The coin moved to 'yes' and I said okay and moved my finger away from coin.

We started doing Planchet frequently after that. In fact, I had a friend too in other world who regularly used to come whether I was calling her or not. We used to talk as if we were online and chatting on messenger. It's hard to believe but it's true.

One more thing about this friend -- she never used to answer my questions. She always says don’t ask about the future, ask about the present or the past. However, many predictions by others have proved true.

I shared my experience with my elders and was surprised they had also sometimes, in their childhood, tried something like this, though the media and techniques were different. For eg my aunt told me they used to do this on a kerosene stove with three legs and the leg closest to a person was lifted for whose queries were answered yes.

Another technique uses Shiv Ling Pind. Hold a Shivlingam between your thumb and forefinger and ask your question. If the answer is 'yes' it rotates and moves to another position. I never tried it though.

I am firm believer of planchet techniques and I strongly believe in the existence of another world and also that people from there can help us.

Also as told by my friend from other world, if they are not willing to come and still they had to come it's painful for them too.

So my suggestions to all who are trying this thing -- never call any particular person, just call holy spirits whosoever be there.
