~ The course has been developed in collaboration with the ministry of power, Government of India, USAID-India, Power Finance Corporation under the Distribution Reform Upgrades and Management (DRUM) Project.
~ Duration: Minimum six months; Maximum two years
~ Fee: Rs 3,000 (Rs 50 extra, in case application is downloaded from the web)
Are you eligible?
~ You could be a commerce/ science/ engineering graduate with two years experience in power utilities or the electricity sector.
~ You could hold a three-year diploma in engineering with two years experience power utilities or the electricity sector.

~ Please send in your completed application form before October 20.
How to apply
~ Obtain the prospectus and application form from the IGNOU offices on payment of Rs 50.
~ You may also obtain the form via post, by sending a demand draft of Rs 100 drawn in the favour of IGNOU, payable at the city of the regional centres.
