What: The Paul Foundation invites applications from outstanding graduates and post-graduates of Indian Universities for scholarships to study in India and overseas at top ranked Universities, Institutes, centres in their chosen areas of specialisation.

Details

~ The scholarships will be awarded to students aspiring to excel and to lead.

~ The purpose is to make a difference by encouraging and stimulating outstanding scholars, who have demonstrated ability and intellectual excellence, to produce thoughtful and thought-provoking work and who can, in turn, contribute to making a difference to society.

~ The scholarships are open for academic courses through taught programmes that contribute positively to building a learning and knowledge society.

~ The choice of subjects is diverse, but not all-inclusive.

Are you eligible?

~ You must hold a first class degree at the undergraduate or/ and postgraduate levels.

~ You must have submitted your applications to the universities of your choice at the time of applying to The Paul Foundation.

~ Candidates in their final year with exceptional results may also apply.

~ You must be less than 30 years old as on November 1, 2006.

~ You must be a resident in India.

~ Scholarships will be awarded in full or in part to cover academic, living and travel expenses for a maximum of two years.

Important dates

~ Issue of application form starts: November 21.

~ Last date to obtain application form: February 1, 2007.

~ Please send in your completed application form before February 15, 2007.
