What: Daksh, IBM's BPO arm, is looking for Customer Care Specialists (tech/ semi-tech and customer service).

These positions are based in Pune.

Do you qualify?

Daksh says:

~ You must be a graduate/ post-graduate.

~ You must be between 19 and 33 years old.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must have good communication skills.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
