For Customer Care Officers

~ You must possess a drive to excel.
~ You must have the temperament for handling customers with care.
~ You must have an excellent command over English.

For Technical Support Officers

~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be a diploma holder.
~ You could be a final year student awaiting your result.
~ You must have a basic knowledge of the Internet.
~ You must have an aptitude for troubleshooting.
~ You must have a temperament for handling customers with care.
~ You must have an excellent command over English.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
~ You will have to provide the first level of technical support to customers.
Important information
~ If you have a diploma in computers from a reputed training institute, it will be an advantage.
