What: Indian (formerly Indian Airlines Limited) introduces all India 24/7 tele-booking and ticket delivery service.

How to book tickets

~ Call up Indian helpdesk numbers:

  • 1600 180 1407 (toll free from BSNL/ MTNL landline and mobile phones from anywhere in India)
  • 1407 (toll free from other landline and mobile phones from anywhere in India prefixing the nearest metro STD code if required)

~ Buy tickets through a MasterCard or Visa credit card.

~ Get ticket (Itinerary Receipt) delivered via e-mail, fax or courier.

How to collect it

~ You can collect your ticket by presenting

  • Valid photo identity car
  • Giving your PNR/ booking reference number.

Where to collect it

~ You can collect your ticket from the external Indian counter at six metro airports:

  • Delhi
  • Mumbai
  • Chennai
  • Bangalore
  • Hyderabad 
  • Kolkata
