For Customer Care Officers

~ You must have a temperament for handling customers with care.

For Technical Support Officers

~ You must be a graduate/diploma holder.

~ You must have basic computer and Internet knowledge.

For MC/MCSE Professionals

Convergys India Services says:

~ You must be a graduate with MC/MCSE.

~ You must be proficient in Microsoft Windows 2000 server/Exchange server.

A copy of graduation certificate/provisional graduation certificate/final year mark sheet
If you have appeared for your final year exams this year, carry a copy of your second year mark sheet.
