Lamb Pad King

Servings: 3 to 4

Ingredients

300 grams sliced lamb
Pineapple juice for marinade
5 grams chopped ginger
5 grams chopped garlic
5 grams ginger julienne
5 grams (1 inch in size) of spring onions
10 grams black mushrooms
1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
˝ tbsp dark soya
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Few drops Maggi seasoning
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
300 ml chicken stock

~Method

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté chopped ginger, chopped garlic and ginger juliennes. Add the black mushrooms and spring onions.

Stir fry for about two to three minutes. Add oyster sauce, Chinese rice wine, Maggi seasoning and chicken stock.

Simmer for three to four minutes and add marinated lamb slices. Add sesame oil at the end.
