Dessert Martini
You could make this martini with rosogulla or gulab jamun.
Serves 1
~Ingredients
30 ml vodka
60 ml apple juice
30 gm crushed ice
1 small rosogulla or gulab jamun
10 ml Cointreau
~Method
Shake the vodka, crushed ice and apple juice in a cocktail shaker.
Place the Cointreau in a syringe and inject it into the gulab jamun or rosogulla.
Skewer the gulab jamun with a cocktail stick and place it in a martini glass.
Pour the martini over the gulab jamun or rosogulla and serve chilled.
