For Customer Care Officers
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your results.
~ Additional qualification in Software/ Hardware will be an added advantage.
~ You must be between 19 and 33 years old.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must have good writing and listening skills.
~ You must have the aptitude for critical thinking, troubleshooting and analysis.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Technical Lead
~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate with more than 20 months of call centre experience.
~ You must have good technical and people management skills.
~ Your role will be troubleshooting, handling escalated calls and managing people.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
