What: Daksh, IBM's BPO arm, is looking for Customer Care Specialists (tech/ semi-tech support and customer service) and Assistant Managers (operations).

These positions are based in Pune.

Do you qualify?

Daksh says:

For Customer Care Specialists

~ You must be a graduate.

~ Additional qualification in software/ hardware will be an advantage.

~ You must be between 19 and 33 years old.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must have good communication skills.

~ You must have the aptitude for critical thinking, troubleshooting and analysis.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Assistant Managers (operations)

~ You must be a graduate with at least three years of BPO experience.

~ You must have at least six months of team handling experience.

~ You must have excellent team handling skills and customer centric focus.

~ Exposure to Technical/ Semi-technical processes will be an added advantage.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

~ Walk in for an interview with your resume.

When:

  • For CCS: Until August 29 (except Sundays)
  • For AM: August 18 to 20
