What: Lehman Brothers is recruiting Developers, Senior Developers, Team Leads and Project Leads for its information technology division.

These positions are based in Mumbai.

For Developers and Senior Developers (Reference no LB001)

~ You must have work experience of two to six years.

~ You must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must be a team player.

~ You must be a BE/ B Tech/ MCA/ PGDCA.

~ You must have a good academic background.

~ Candidates with Sun certification in Java will be preferred.

~ You must have experience in the following:

• J2EE technologies like Core Java, JSP's and Servlets.
• Messaging technologies like JMS/ TIBCO.
• RDBMS programming (SQL, Stored Producers).

~ Candidates with experience in XML/ XSL/ WebLogic will be preferred.

For Team Leads and Project Leads (Reference no LB002)

~ You must have work experience of six to 10 years, preferably in the Capital Markets domain.

~ You must have the ability to motivate and guide team members.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ Exposure of working with a global team will be an added advantage.

~ You must be a BE/ B Tech/ MCA/ PGDCA.

~ You must have a good academic background.

~ Candidates with Sun certification in Java will be preferred.

~ You must have experience in the following:

• J2EE technologies like Core Java, JSP's and Servlets.
• Messaging technologies like JMS/TIBCO.
• RDBMS programming (SQL, Stored Producers).
• Design Patterns, UML, USE Cases/ Agile Methodology

~ Candidates with experience in XML/ XSL/ WebLogic/ Borland Together/ Rational Rose/ Rational RequisitePro will be preferred.
