~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder.
~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your result.
~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers.
~ You must possess the drive to excel.
~ You must be able to handle customers with care.
~ You must have excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Technical Support Officers
~ You will provide the first level of technical support to customers.
~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder.
~ You could be a final year student awaiting your results.
~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers and the Internet.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Technical Support Officers (MCP/ MCSE)
~ You will provide the first level of server software support to customers.
~ Candidates with one to three years of networking experience will be preferred.
~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
