~ You will provide the first level of technical support to customers.
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be a diploma holder.
~ You could be a final year student awaiting your results.
~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers and the Internet.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For MCP/ MCSE Professionals
~ You will provide the highest level of software support to customers working with Active Directory, DNS and other Microsoft technologies.
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your result.
~ You could be a diploma holder.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
