~ You must be a graduate.
~You must have between four to nine months years of experience in US voice process.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For UK process
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You could have up to one year of work experience.
~ You could be a fresher.
~ You must have good written communication skills.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For German/ French Voice process
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You could have up to six months experience in handling customer queries in German/ French.
~ You could be a fresher.
