Are you eligible?
~ You must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university.
~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your result.
Selection method
~ You will be shortlisted on the basis of your performance in XAT, the admission test conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur.
~ Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a group discussion followed by a personal interview.

Are you eligible?
~ You must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum overall aggregate of 50 percent.
~ You could be a final year student, awaiting your result.
Selection method
~ You will be shortlisted on the basis of your performance in IRMA, the admission test conducted by the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
~ Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a group discussion followed by a personal interview.
