~ You should preferably be a graduate.
~ You must be convent educated.
~ You must have excellent communication skills.
~ You must have between one and two years of relevant experience.
For Human Resource Manager
~ You must be an MBA in HR.
~ You must have between six and eight years of experience in handling an HR portfolio.
~ You should be aware of statutory requirements.
~ You must have a good knowledge of Excel.
~ You must be a well-organised person.
