As a Customer Care Officer

~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder with 15 years of formal education.

~ You could be a fresher.

~ You must have basic knowledge of PCs.

~ You must be able to handle customers with care.

~ You must have an excellent command over English.

~ You must be willing to work in night shifts.

~ These positions are based in in Thane, Mumbai.

As a Technical Support Officer

Convergys says:

~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder with 15 years of formal education.

~ You could be a fresher.

~ You should preferably have a diploma in computers from a reputed training institute.

~ You should be knowledgeable about the following:

~ You must have an aptitude for troubleshooting.

~ You must be able to handle customers with care.

~ You must have an excellent command over English.

~ You must be willing to work in night shifts.

~ These positions are in Thane and Malad.

~ You will be instrumental in providing first level technical support to our customers.
